Odos is the most advanced Smart Order Routing (SOR) protocol in DeFi, powering deep liquidity, cross-chain swaps, and capital-efficient trade execution. While loved by its users, Odos is still under the radar, and we’re looking for someone to change that.
We’re hiring a Brand & Narrative Lead to take Odos from product to mythos, crafting a powerful identity, voice, and presence that resonates with DeFi power users, partners, and the crypto-curious alike.
What You’ll Do

Own and evolve the Odos brand identity, from tone and visuals to narrative positioning

Build the Odos story: Who we are, what we stand for, and why it matters now

Define and document brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines

Craft memorable taglines, product narratives, campaign slogans

Lead the creation of a hero brand video or bold launch campaign
-
Partner with the Head of Product and Design Lead to ensure brand cohesion across UI/UX
-
Drive mindshare in the DeFi ecosystem via storytelling, ecosystem hooks, and cultural fluency

Guide agency, content, and design partners (or build your own creative crew)

Have built or evolved a Web3 brand (protocol, product, or media) — or created viral narratives
