Fixed Operations Director – Domestic Brand | Dealer Group
Compensation: $200,000-$300,000 | Full Benefits Package
A growing dealer group is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Director for one of our domestic brand rooftops. This is a single-store role with the stability, resources, and support of an established group behind you — and the autonomy to run your department like your own business.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all service and parts operations for a single domestic brand rooftop
- Drive customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention
- Develop, coach, and retain department managers and staff
- Manage departmental P&L and hit absorption targets
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of Fixed Ops Director or Service Director experience
- Domestic brand experience required
- Proven track record of improving CSI, revenue, and absorption
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Xtime
- CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
