Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor is part of the Facilities & Maintenance Team. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):
- Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance staff, ensuring work is done safely, correctly and in a timely manner.

Lead and assist trouble shooting complex electrical/mechanical systems to identify problems.

Train and develop team members in the maintenance department. Conduct daily meetings with team members to promote communication.

Maintain frequent communications pertaining to repairs and projects with several departments (Safety, Environmental, Production).

Create work orders and collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and schedule maintenance work using a CMMS system.

Develop, implement, and review regular facility and equipment maintenance to ensure all health and safety regulations / requirements are met.

Ensures that preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working condition.

Coordinate with vendors and contactors as needed.

Ensures a disciplined and safe work environment.

- Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
Requirements:

High school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree is preferred.

3+ years of supervisor or management experience in a manufacturing environment is required, specifically maintenance.

Ability to read drawings and schematics.

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Compensation
This position is full-time, exempt. Compensation typically follows industry median for Northeast Ohio/the Great Lakes region. You may be eligible for an annual bonus. This is a long-term, high accountability role.
