Must be able to workday shift and weekends.
Our cooks do both line-work as well as prep work. Must be able to read and execute recipes from scratch and perform well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Knife skills are preferred
Some cleaning and sanitization knowledge is preferred.
We are a mostly "from-scratch" kitchen so some passion for the craft is needed.
2+ years cooking and kitchen experience preferred, with stable job history.
