Position Title: First Impression Specialist

Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $16.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 7pm; Friday 12pm - 7pm

About the Role:
As the First Impression Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our gym and the behind-the-scenes support that keeps everything running smoothly. This role is essential to ensuring that every member walks into a clean, organized, and friendly environment that reflects the high standards of NoCo Fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Member Support:
- Greet members with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage member check-ins and membership updates
- Answer phones and provide accurate, friendly assistance
Administrative Tasks:
- Make outgoing calls and respond to emails to manage and resolve delinquent accounts
- Assist with general clerical tasks as needed
Facility Presentation & Upkeep:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting gym space
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and tidy equipment and weight areas
- Clean windows and mirrors to ensure a polished look
- Regularly check and restock janitorial supplies
Bathroom Maintenance:
- Clean and sanitize mirrors, counters, and floors
- Restock soap, paper towels, and other supplies
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout
Additional Duties (Periodic):
- Conduct inventory checks for supplements, apparel, and cleaning supplies
- Support light equipment maintenance and organization
