Security Bank is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Retail Banker to our team in Minnesota! This role offers a dynamic work environment, providing the unique opportunity to support and engage with our teams at both the Jackson and Heron Lake locations. We are seeking an organized team-oriented individual who enjoys working with clients. This role will assist with the day-to-day branch operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and support clients’ needs with a positive and friendly attitude.

Process deposit and withdrawal transactions based on the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Be proficient while completing all necessary teller transactions for the client.

Accurately maintain individual daily cash drawer.

Open new accounts: DDAs, Savings, CDs, Safe Deposit Boxes as needed.

Support the customer inquiry resolution for fraud and disputes.

Remain compliant with operational, security and audit policies & procedures.

Maintain current knowledge and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements and other banking regulations.

Build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy.

Prior cash handling and or banking experience is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills.

Financial/Math skills.

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and with teams.
