Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team.
This position is 3 weekdays per week, morning shift, with 6–8 hour shifts. We are looking for someone who can consistently work a solid 8 hours each scheduled day and take ownership of the property's maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Repair drywall, painting, doors, locks, and other building fixtures.
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property.
- Maintain guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel or commercial property maintenance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Basic HVAC
- Carpentry and painting
- Hotel door lock systems (Onity experience preferred)
- Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
