Crossroad Energy Solutions is currently seeking Level 3–4 Electrical Apprentices for immediate work in the Williston, North Dakota area.

Individuals applying should have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, be reliable, have excellent communication skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug and alcohol screening and a background check.
The successful candidate:
- Has a safety-first mindset
- Registered North Dakota Electrical Apprentice (Level 3–4)
- Has 2–4 years of electrical experience, preferably in the upstream oil & gas industry
- Experience performing electrical installations at compressor stations, wellsites, SWDs, CTBs, and production facilities
- Experience with electrical construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Works alongside Journeyman Electricians while developing technical knowledge and leadership skills
- Familiar with common oilfield electrical equipment and construction practices
- Instrumentation and automation experience would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of control systems and VFD/VSD applications would be considered an asset
- Performs well in a team environment
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Willing to work flexible hours when required
- Displays a self-motivated, strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold:
- One Basin, One Way
- SafeLand
- First Aid/CPR
- H2S Clear
- Fall Arrest
- NFPA 70E (Arc Flash)
- Aerial Lift
