Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable Female Golf Caddies & Hostesses to enhance the experience of our guests on the golf course and at our event venues. In this vibrant role, you will serve as a friendly guide, assist players with their equipment, ensure smooth gameplay, and provide exceptional guest services. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our visitors while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine outdoor activity, hospitality, and event management in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist golfers by carrying or managing their golf bags, providing equipment guidance, and offering course information to ensure an enjoyable experience
- Support event operations by coordinating guest arrivals, managing reservations, and facilitating smooth flow throughout the venue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring all visitors feel valued and comfortable
- Maintain safety protocols during outdoor activities, including manual handling of equipment and adherence to health guidelines
- Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring guest safety at all times
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems for merchandise sales or food service items
- Support event setup and breakdown, including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment while following proper manual handling procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail sales, food service, or event venue management is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively with tact and professionalism
- Knowledge of safety protocols including first aid and CPR certification is preferred
- Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems confidently
- Strong communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions
- Experience working with children or theater experience is a plus for engaging diverse audiences
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and long periods of outdoor work
- Familiarity with event management or guest services roles will be beneficial
