About the Role
Trackside is hiring a Full Time Butcher to join our team — and we want to be clear: you do not need experience to apply. If you show up ready to work and willing to learn, we will train you from the ground up. This is a hands-on trade that you will build right here with us.

What You Will Do
- Cut and trim beef, pork, and lamb to exact specifications Break down primal and sub-primal cuts with precision and care
- Use and maintain knives, band saws, and other cutting equipment safely Follow proper meat handling and food safety procedures at all times
- Keep the cutting area clean, organized, and up to health code standards
- Keep the cuts organized and put them where they need to go.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a refrigerated cutting room maintained at approximately 40°F. You should be comfortable working in a cold environment for the duration of your shift. Appropriate cold-weather work attire is recommended.
What We Are Looking For
- No experience necessary — full hands-on training provided
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn a skilled trade Ability to lift and carry 50–70 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment at approximately 40°F Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Compensation & Details
- Starting Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Refrigerated cutting room, approximately 40°F
- Physical Demand: Regular lifting of 50–70 lbs
- Training: Fully provided — no experience needed to start
