Job Summary:

Prepare a variety of products such as chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, and desserts.

Adhere strictly to CSC standards for recipes and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Early morning hours-7am start time. This is a great postion for \morning people\
Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow Brand Standards for uniform appearance and grooming.

Complete opening and closing checklists.
-
Refer to Daily Prep List for assigned duties.

Prepare food products according to CSC recipe and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.

Attend employee meetings and contribute improvement suggestions.

Report equipment and food quality issues promptly.

Use Standard Recipe Cards for all products.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and exert mobility for the workday.

Must be able to lift or carry 20 pounds.

Must be physically able to work in various kitchen stations.

This location is one of the originals to the franchise and we are looking for a hospitality professional to help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service.
