Position Summary
The Member Accounts Administrator serves as one of the club’s primary ambassadors and is a key point of connection for our members, building positive relationships through daily interaction and exceptional service. As the frontline staff member for member account inquiries, you will help ensure every member experience is handled with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
In this role, you will oversee the accuracy and integrity of the club’s member database and records while managing the financial operations that support the club’s day-to-day activities, including monthly member billing, accounts payable, and payroll processing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates effectively, and takes pride in providing outstanding service while maintaining strong organizational and financial skills.

Reports To: Controller/General Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesMember Services & Billing
· Maintain member accounts and billing records
· Process monthly member statements and payments
· Respond to member billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
· Coordinate resolution of account discrepancies
· Reconcile daily revenues and audit point-of-sale transactions
Accounts Payable
· Process vendor invoices and payments
· Maintain vendor files and supporting documentation
· Reconcile statements, credit cards, and petty cash
· Assist with annual 1099 reporting
Payroll & Employee Administration
· Process payroll changes and employee data updates
· Reconcile bi-weekly payroll batches
· Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee records
· Assist employees with payroll-related questions
Qualifications
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
· Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Jonas Software experience a plus
· Strong initiative, problem solving skills and ability to work independently
· Ability to maintain discretion and respect confidentiality
· General accounting experience preferred
· Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
