Flexible Scheduling
We work with your availability.
The more flexible your availability, the greater your opportunity as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) to pick up additional shifts—including the potential to work 40+ hours per week based on client needs.
· Days
· Evenings
· Overnights
· Weekends
· Up to 12-hour shifts
· PRN (As-Needed) Opportunities

What You'll Do
As a Caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll provide compassionate one-on-one care that helps seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
· Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
· Providing companionship and emotional support
· Meal planning and meal preparation
· Medication reminders
· Light housekeeping and laundry
· Transportation to appointments and errands
· Mobility assistance and safe transfers
· Fall prevention and client safety
· Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
· Documenting care provided according to agency policies
· Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
· Delivering care with dignity, compassion, and professionalism
Qualifications
We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.
Caregiver
· At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred
OR
Home Health Aide (HHA)
· Active Indiana Home Health Aide Certification/License
Additional Requirements
· Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain (we can assist)
· Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
· Valid Driver's License
· Reliable, insured vehicle
· Ability to pass a criminal background check
· Ability to pass a drug screening
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
