We are seeking a warm, polished, and hospitality-driven Host/Hostess to be the first and last impression of our guests. As the face of our restaurant, you will welcome guests with professionalism, manage reservations efficiently, coordinate seating with the service team, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional luxury dining experience from arrival to departure.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale restaurant preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with reservation platforms such as OpenTable, Resy, or Toast is preferred.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
