General Requirements and Expectations:
- Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, compliance with the Employee Handbook, and consistent demonstration of PVS values in the workplace.
- Employees are responsible for adhering to all applicable guidelines and work instructions. This includes compliance with quality, environmental, and energy efforts, as well as all relevant occupational health and safety standards. Any observed deficiencies in these areas must be promptly reported to the direct leader. Employees are also expected to support and contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of their respected areas.
- Employees with personnel responsibility are authorized to issue instructions to their team members, provided such directives aligned with applicable laws, official and customer requirements, and the guidelines of PVS.
- Employees may be assigned temporary and reasonable tasks that align with the nature of their position or are required to support operational needs.
Job Description:
The general tasks of the employee include observance and compliance with the applicable regulations from the areas of quality management and quality assurance.
- Complaint handling and supervision of the corrective actions (creating and implementing corrective action plans).
- Information exchange with PVS Germany concerning all corrective action plans and their handling.
- Inspection planning, create/modify inspection plans. Documentation of production inspection.
- Participate in APQP-meetings where applicable.
- Carry out internal audits including but not limited to: product, process, quality audits and supplier audits.
- Support for further development of QM system in cooperation with PVS Germany.
- Communication of benchmarks: (EX)production quantities, scrap quantities, no. of com-plaints, QSMPro/PSQC-data (archiving), no. of Q-Max, CIP results, audit results.
- Implementing procedures to apply to customers quality requirements.
- Regular participation in internal group meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
- ISO standards experience (IATF experience highly preferred).
- Advanced training or certifications in Quality highly preferred.
- Strong commitment to be a team player and lead a team responsible for the quality of PVS.
- Prior experience in leading teams (5+ years preferred).
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
