Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and develop staff in accordance with company standards, focusing on service excellence and operational procedures.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal supply.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve service quality.
- Support kitchen management by coordinating with chefs to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong training development skills to effectively onboard new employees and enhance the capabilities of existing staff.
- Knowledge of quick service fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
- Experience in catering services is beneficial for managing large events or functions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members alike.
- Ability to perform inventory control tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate stock management.
