1. Provide primary care to patients, including history, exams, lab test, prescriptions and referrals accordance with accepted guidelines and protocols.
2. Perform accurate and timely documentation of history, subjective complaints, physical findings, prescription medicine if needed in Electronic Health Records System.
3. Assist in the development of Standards of Care for the medical department.
4. Provide required federal and states ambulatory patient care data on appropriate forms.
5. Provide patients information concerning their evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Engage in patient participation and decision involving their healthcare..

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
