Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HVAC and Plumbing Operations Manager to lead our maintenance and service teams in delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC and plumbing service operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Oversee profit & loss analysis to monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Supervise team management activities including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Utilize Excel data analysis for operational reporting, trend identification, and data-driven decision making to optimize workflows.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement through lean management principles, operational audits, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align business management strategies with organizational goals; communicate effectively across all levels of the company.
- Drive sales initiatives by supporting business development efforts and enhancing customer service experiences to retain clients and attract new business.
- Implement operational best practices that streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency across HVAC and plumbing services.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in HVAC or plumbing operations with a strong background in supervising teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in profit & loss management along with financial analysis skills using Excel or similar tools.
- Extensive project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong business management acumen with strategic planning capabilities; experience in operational management is essential.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams, liaise with clients, and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of customer service principles combined with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Familiarity with lean management techniques aimed at process improvement and operational excellence.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets for insights that inform strategic decisions; experience with Excel data analysis is preferred.
- Supervising experience in technical trades or service industries is highly desirable; leadership qualities that inspire teamwork are essential.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
