As we continue expanding into new cities throughout Florida and beyond, we’re seeking motivated professionals who want the flexibility of being their own boss while benefiting from the resources of an established company.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
- Independent Contractor (1099)
There is no ceiling on your income. Your earnings are based entirely on the business you generate and the closings you complete.
Duties
- Coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals
- Review title commitments and closing documentation
- Ensure files are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Title Agent or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Existing referral relationships are a plus but not required
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
