Worcester RISE for Health is a non-profit organization created to re-envision healthcare delivery to refugee and immigrant communities!
Through this contracted position, we seek to attract a dynamic, passionate individual with excellent data-management, organizational, communication, technology and multi-tasking skills. The role will include supporting multiple teams on developing, implementing and analyzing data to ensure the organization is having a positive impact through the services it is providing. Individual for this position would ensure data capturing systems are co-created with different team members and integrated across multiple teams. Presentations with data visualization for grant reporting, donor reports and internal quality improvement processes will be expected.
An individual who is passionate about working with refugee and immigrant communities, health care, non-profit management, social justice, community health, maternal health and multi-partner collaborations while utilizing their evaluation and monitoring skills would thrive in this job and find it meaningful and fulfilling.
Experience using Red Cap and Microsoft Office are required. EPIC EMR experience preferred.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
