Amazing Glazing Orlando is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial storefronts, curtainwall systems, entrances, interior glass, and glazing solutions for projects throughout Florida and neighboring states.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate takeoffs and cost estimates from plans and specifications
- Review architectural drawings, bid documents, and project requirements
- Manage commercial glass projects from award through closeout
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, fabrication, and installation teams
- Track project schedules, budgets, submittals, and change orders
- Attend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of storefront, curtainwall, doors, hardware, and glazing systems (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Valid driver’s license
