LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of New Jersey
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians and resident care plans
Accurately monitor, record, and report changes in residents’ health status
Ensure all care provided complies with local, state, and federal regulations
