About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead the sales team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide team support.
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily floor management.
- Train and support new team members.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of retail leadership experience (Assistant Store Manager, Store Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English required. Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus.
- Furniture or home furnishings retail experience is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
