HVAC Service Technician Requirements:
- 3-4 + Years of HVAC Service experience required
- EPA, Propane / Natural Gas, OR Oil Burner License required
- Diagnostic/Troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with Boilers, Hydronic Heating, chillers, RTU, and Heat Pumps preferred

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves servicing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems across Southern Maine
- Duties include routine maintenance, diagnosing HVAC issues, working with refrigerant and fuel systems
- Additional duties include performing basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, responding to service calls, and servicing boilers, chillers, air handlers, rooftop units, heat pumps, hydronic, and ventilation systems
- Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
