Quality Engineer

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Quality Engineer. You will help us transform kitchens and baths in luxury homes around the greater Charlotte area through high-quality custom cabinets.
Position Summary
This role is focused on rework reduction, process improvement, and employee development to support our manufacturing teams. The successful candidate will work throughout the organization to identify root causes, implement solutions, and build capabilities that improve quality and performance. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a lasting impact on an organization and develop as a future leader.
What You’ll Do
- Lead rework reduction efforts through root cause analysis
- Investigate recurring issues and implement permanent solutions
- Support documentation and auditing of standard work
- Develop employee capability through training and coaching
- Coordinate safety and environmental programs
- Work directly with leadership to improve processes across the company
What We’re Looking For

- Mechanical aptitude with ability to visualize in 3D
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and concepts
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- General computer skills including file management and network navigation
- Physical stamina – ability to walk around the shop floor
- Reliability – show up on time every day – our team will depend on you
- Professionalism – clean appearance and respectful communication
- Technical education or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.

- Mon to Thr 6:30am – 4:30 pm
- Fri 6:30am – 12:00 pm
