The Reliability Engineer supports the execution and continuous improvement of reliability programs for mission‑critical data center infrastructure across a portfolio of sites. This role applies reliability principles, data analysis, and engineering fundamentals to help reduce risk, improve asset performance, and prevent recurring failures across power, cooling, and control systems.
The Reliability Engineer works under the guidance of senior engineers and established standards, contributing to reliability assessments, maintenance strategy development, and incident investigations. This role is well-suited for an engineer continuing to build depth in reliability engineering while gaining exposure to complex, live operational environments.
Reliability Programs & Asset Care
Assist in assessing tradeoffs between maintenance activities, operational risk, redundancy, and lifecycle cost .
Operations Support & Change Risk
Data Analysis & Condition Monitoring
Contribute to condition ‑ monitoring programs such as oil analysis, thermography, vibration, battery monitoring, and controls analytics.
Critical Spares & Lifecycle Support
Incidents, RCA & Continuous Improvement
Collaboration & Professional Development
B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other related technical field of study) or equivalent industry experience.
Foundational understanding of mission ‑ critical infrastructure such as UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, and BMS/EPMS.
