Overview
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in stocking, picking, packing, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our facility to customers worldwide. Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport inventory safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track stock levels, process shipments, and manage inventory data
- Prepare orders by picking and packing items according to specifications for timely shipment
- Manage shipping & receiving processes, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards
- Maintain organized stockrooms by stocking shelves and replenishing inventory using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools
- Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards and trade compliance guidelines
- Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, verifying shipments, and conducting inventory counts with basic math skills
Skills
- Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a warehouse environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations
- Ability to use RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking, packing, and order accuracy
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipments
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members on load & unload tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
