Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality repairs on Mercedes-Benz and other luxury vehicles
Disassemble and reassemble damaged vehicles with precision
Work closely with estimators to assess hidden damage and repair needs
Use OEM parts and follow Mercedes-Benz repair protocols
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry and manufacturer standards
Requirements:
Professional collision repair experience (Mercedes-Benz or luxury vehicle experience a plus)
Proficiency in structural, frame, and body repairs
I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must submit to and successfully complete an MVR, background check, physical, and drug screen
Reliable, team-oriented, and professional demeanor
