Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services in both our outpatient clinic and patients' homes.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy and dry needling (if certified).
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote long-term success.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Foster a welcoming, compassionate patient experience.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for mobile visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and time management skills.
- Passion for delivering individualized, patient-centered care.
- Experience with orthopedics, pelvic floor, dry needling, or manual therapy is a plus—but not required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
