The Center for Sleep Medicine is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator needed for our fast paced medical office in Mokena, IL.
The Scheduling Coordinator manages patient appointments and optimizes provider schedules, while handling a high volume of calls and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with all callers. They will document patient interactions, issues, and resolutions in our EHR/EMR system, and identify a caller’s needs and provide appropriate solutions.
This position requires a high degree of organization, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast paced team environment. Prior experience with EMR systems and scheduling is required. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8 AM - 6 PM) - flexibility to work Fridays as needed is required.
