Job Summary
Fullsteam is looking to add a customer service-focused delivery driver to our team. The position will make deliveries to our customers in restaurants, bars, and grocery/convenient stores as well as our two taproom locations.
This is a full-time position, Tuesday-Friday with the occasional Monday reserved for vehicle maintenance and special deliveries, as needed.

The Job
- Load and unload inventory into and out of delivery vehicles
- Review invoices and delivery pick sheets prior to each delivery for accuracy
- Update and maintain delivery guides
- Maintain delivery vehicle(s) maintenance and cleanliness
- Provide customers with brand accessories and tap handles as needed
- Provide notes regarding returned items or incomplete deliveries
- Deliver, unload, and place product at multiple accounts daily
- Report any issues or incidents immediately to the appropriate person
- Participate in company-wide events and ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of delivery experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to navigate a self-determined delivery route with technical assistance, i.e. Google Maps
- Basic math and computer skills
- Demonstrate great communication skills
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 165 pounds with and without assistance
- Ability to use a hand truck and pallet jack
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time while driving
- Ability to follow oral and written directions and have great attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
