Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 3+ years’ experience as a Service Plumber
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, flush valves, water heaters, etc.
- Drain cleaning and jetting experience required
- Ability to work on water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, and galvanized pipe
- Experience working on pump systems, including recirculation pumps, booster pumps, and sump pumps (duplex and triplex systems)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair water heaters
- Must be able to work a rotating on-call schedule
- Must be able to work nights and weekends when projects require
- Must be able to safely operate a service truck, which must be stored at home in a safe area such as home driveway or garage (no street parking)
- Experience dealing with commercial/residential customers is a must, so we ask that you are personable and presentable
Compensation and Benefits
- Commission Structure - 26%+
- Monthly incentive performance bonuses

Compliance Requirements
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment
- Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard
