We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Service Lot Technician / Driver to join our service team. In this role, you'll help keep our service department running efficiently by transporting motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles, maintaining an organized and professional lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and supporting our technicians and service advisors with day-to-day operations. Lot Management: Keep the lot organized/ clean and well-maintained.

Ensure that all vehicles are properly displayed and secured.

Vehicle Preparation: Assist with the preparation of new and used vehicles for delivery. This includes washing/fueling and performing basic inspections.

Inventory Support: Help with the intake and processing of new inventory

Assist in tracking and documenting vehicle movements.

Customer Assistance: Provide a friendly and helpful presence on the lot. Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. including proper handling of vehicles and adherence to dealership policies.

Making Customer Deliveries-Must be comfortable and have experience in towing a trailer

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dealership environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.

Experience and comfortable in towing a trailer-backing a trailer into tight spaces.
