Primary Job Duties

Provide basic life support and ambulance transportation

Drive Authority's vehicles in a safe and efficient manner

Complete documentation and record-keeping required by the Authority
Work Schedule
The Authority is in operation 24/7/365. The workweek is from Sunday to Saturday and employees are required to work a minimum of 2 6-hour shifts per calendar month.
Minimum Qualifications:

21 Years of Age
-
High School graduate or equivalent
-
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License

Current AHA BLS provider card
-
PA State Certified EMT with EMSVO certification

Ability to complete the MRTSA Physical Agility test

Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
-
Able to pass pre-employment background and driving record checks to the satisfaction of MRTSA standards

Successfully complete the authorized probationary appointment requirements
