Position Overview
Milestones Pediatric PT is seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. This full-time, in-clinic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on early childhood development while working alongside a supportive and motivated team.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for new patients
- Plan and deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with families regarding progress and goals
- Develop and instruct individualized home exercise programs
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care
- Participate in monthly team meetings and clinic collaboration
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted Michigan Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
