Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Understanding of beverage trends and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Cash handling experience
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Sales skills to upsell beverages or promote specials
- Experience in catering or banquet settings
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Food handling certification is a plus
