Our sales team is not only responsible for bringing in new business but also plays a critical role in fostering long-term client relationships by serving as Account Managers. This dual role aligns with our commitment to providing exceptional service and building lasting partnerships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
· Generate New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand Live Oak IT Partners' customer base.
· TSL inbound leads – missing, leads from Marketing engine
· Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding team under Customer Experience to ensure a smooth transition for new clients, aligning with company processes and goals.
· Revenue Growth: Work with leadership to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging insights from Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) and customer interactions.
2. Account Management
· Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
· Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs): Occasionally join vCIO-led SBRs to gain deeper insights into client needs, provide input on account strategy, and identify potential sales opportunities.
· Proactive Communication: Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback, share updates, and strengthen relationships, ensuring alignment with Live Oak IT Partners' strategic objectives.
3. Collaboration Across Departments
· vCIO Team Collaboration: Work closely with the vCIO team to understand client roadmaps and priorities, ensuring sales efforts align with strategic IT initiatives.
· Proactive Services and PMO Alignment: Coordinate with the PMO and Proactive Services teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic, timely, and deliverable.
· Leadership Engagement: Participate in key leadership discussions when major account changes, escalations, or new opportunities arise.
4. Strategic Insights
· Customer Advocacy: Represent the client's voice within internal discussions, ensuring their needs are prioritized and their expectations managed effectively.
· Market Intelligence: Share insights gained from client interactions and market research with leadership and the strategy team to support company growth initiatives.
Expectations and Success Metrics
· Client Retention and Satisfaction: Maintain a high client retention rate through proactive engagement and strong relationship management.
· Revenue Growth: Contribute to upselling and cross-selling efforts, increasing client lifetime value.
· Participation in Strategic Initiatives: Attend and contribute to SBRs and other strategic meetings, offering actionable insights and fostering collaboration.
· Collaboration: Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Compensation: Base Salary $75k plus commission ( OTE $90K to $100k )
