Part-Time Retail Merchandiser – Huntsville, AL
Retail Detail Merchandising (RDM) provides in-store merchandising services for retailers such as Publix, CVS, Walmart and Walgreens for major brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Bayer and General Mills.
We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service stores in the Huntsville, AL area.
You’ll work independently across a set group of stores, partnering directly with store management—so reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are essential.

Job Details:
- Territory – Responsible for servicing assigned retail locations in the Huntsville area, including: Huntsville, Madison, Meridianville, and Owens Cross Roads
- 15 hours/week on average
- $17.00/hour (paid drive time included)
- Travel required within assigned territory
- Daily reporting required via smartphone (photos/forms)
- Temporary fuel bonus currently offered to support travel between stores
Merchandising Duties:
- Ordering and display maintenance for suncare racks in CVS and Walgreens
- Stock, rotate, and maintain suncare, haircare and cosmetic products
- Ensure shelves are organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned
- Maintain product placement according to store standards and planograms (POGs)
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store management
- Communicate store updates and report any issues as needed
- Complete accurate daily reporting (photos/forms)
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (up to 30 miles)
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
- Reliable, responsive, and able to follow through on assigned work
- Strong time management and ability to stay on track with store visits throughout the month
- Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting (photos/forms)
- Must pass a background check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
