Join our academic educational team as a 3-5th grade ELA & Math Teacher for summer tutoring or afterschool enrichment program. 3-5 days teaching, This position offers an opportunity to make more experienced for student teaching or teaching major col students, children’s education while gaining valuable classroom experience in diverse settings. Whether you’re passionate about childhood development, special education, or literacy, your contributions will help shape confident, capable learners.
Responsibilities
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and respectful learning environment
- Support students’ individual needs, developmental differences, through tailored instructional strategies
- Maintain classroom organization, including attendance, student engagement, and timely completion of assignment
Experience
- Prior classroom experience or familiarity with curriculum development is highly desirable
- Experience working with children in educational or academic
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents
- Background in tutoring, mentoring, or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities enhances your candidacy
- Experience in private schools or Montessori environments is advantageous
