We are looking for an energetic, organized, and hands-on Supervisor of Reception & Scheduling to bring positive energy and operational excellence to our clinic in Grants Pass, Oregon. What You’ll Do (The Exciting Stuff!)This isn't a "sit behind a closed door" management job. You’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations leading by example, supporting an awesome team, and ensuring our patients get a world-class experience from the moment they call or walk through the door.
- Be the Team Captain: Inspire, coach, and cheer on our reception and scheduling rockstars. You’ll handle onboarding, training, and performance reviews to help your team grow.
- Jump Into the Action: You’re a working supervisor! During peak hours or team vacations, you'll dive right in to greet patients, answer phones, and book appointments with a smile.
- Master the Schedule: Keep the clinic running like clockwork by managing staff schedules and ensuring we always have great coverage.
- Guard the Castle: Keep patient trust high by ensuring total adherence to privacy laws (HIPAA) and clinic policies.
- Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Crush day-to-day operational challenges and keep workflows smooth and stress-free.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- The Vibe: A naturally polite, courteous, and professional demeanor that sets a positive tone for patients and staff alike.
