Sales Representative Job Description
Rocky HVAC is a rapidly growing HVAC company based out of Severn, MD. We've been in business for 13 years and with some recent partnerships, have now opened in the Northern Virginia, and Florida markets! We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives/ High Closer Percentage Closers that have the drive and passion to be a part of a quickly growing company. We have a more than competitive commission scale, value your time and time off, and will have plenty of opportunities for your growth and development over the next 2 years. Every lead is a buyer and has a need to buy, and we make sure that they are through our call center and marketing teams! As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our growth, connecting with clients and showcasing our innovative solutions. Your role is pivotal in building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. What you’ll do
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts while developing strategies for upselling and cross-selling our products.
- Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Following Up on any leads that haven't sold that were previously assigned to you.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Background in account management or territory management is a plus.
