(CAI) is the official Atlanta franchise of Countertopia, providing complete kitchen solutions—including cabinets, countertops, project estimating, fabrication coordination, and installation services—for multifamily developers, general contractors, and home builders throughout the Southeast.
As a growing startup backed by an established franchise system, we combine standardized estimating processes, local fabrication capabilities, and a strong Southeast Asia supply chain to deliver competitive, high-quality solutions. Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized Business Development & Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, pursuing construction opportunities, coordinating projects, and contributing to a growing business. As an early member of our Atlanta team, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple functions and play an important role in the company's growth.
This is not a narrowly defined position. Because we are a growing franchise business, we value flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development & Bid Management (Approximately 80%)
- Develop and maintain relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Owners, Architects, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new multifamily construction opportunities.
- Coordinate with our estimating team throughout the bidding process.
- Track key bidding milestones and follow up proactively with clients.
- Participate in Best & Final Offer (BAFO) discussions, Scope review meetings,Lunch & Learn presentations
- Client visits
- Networking events
- Support proposal presentations and contract negotiations.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business.
B. Countertop Business Development (Approximately 20%)
Support the growth of our countertop business throughout North America by leveraging:
- Local Atlanta fabrication capabilities;
- Strong Southeast Asia supply chain resources;
- Existing relationships within the countertop industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying new countertop customers.
- Supporting material presentations.
- Assisting management in expanding countertop sales throughout North America.
C. Project Coordination
Following successful project awards, assist with project execution by:
- Coordinating with General Contractors.
- Monitoring project schedules.
- Communicating with subcontractors.
- Supporting material deliveries.
- Assisting with jobsite issue resolution.
- Ensuring projects move smoothly from contract award through completion.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multifamily construction, cabinetry, countertops, millwork, commercial interiors, or related construction industries is welcomed.
- Experience with estimating, sales, project coordination, or business development.
- Familiarity with ConstructConnect, BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and occasional jobsite visits.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
