Compensation: $30-$35 per hour, W2 (On the books)

A private UHNW household in New York City is seeking an experienced and dependable Household Cleaner to maintain its residences to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, discreet, and comfortable working under the direction of a Senior Housekeeper. The role will begin in Chelsea and later transition to a new residence.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other household spaces.

Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, flooring, rugs, and upholstery.

Clean bathrooms, including showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors, fixtures, drawers, and medicine cabinets.

Maintain the kitchen, including appliances, counters, cabinets, backsplash, sink, and floors.

Clean interior windows, tracks, baseboards, vents, and other detailed areas as scheduled.

Assist with deep-cleaning projects, cabinet interiors, closets, and storage areas.

Launder towels, linens, and bedding as directed.

Empty trash, restock household supplies, and maintain organized cleaning areas.

Use approved products and separate cloths to prevent cross-contamination.

Report damage, maintenance concerns, and low supplies to the Senior Housekeeper.

Follow all household cleaning protocols and instructions from the Senior Housekeeper.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of two years of professional cleaning experience in a private household, luxury residence, or high-end hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of detailed cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and proper product usage.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Comfortable taking direction and working under the supervision of a Senior Housekeeper.

Able to adapt quickly to a new residence and working environment
