Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is essential.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces (carpet, tile, etc.).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
