Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming first impression of our resort or hotel
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate services
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest interactions
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations and phone etiquette
- Experience in resort settings or luxury hotels is a plus
- Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
