We run a fully integrated, modern cloud stack and are looking for a performance-driven technically adept Intake Sales Specialist* who leads in customer service by optimizing workflows, leveraging data, and turning inbound leads into loyal clients.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving business growth by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and setting the stage for successful sales opportunities. Duties
What You Will Do
- Manage the Funnel: Handle incoming client inquiries using [Insert CRM, e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce] to ensure rapid response times.
- Optimize Workflows: Use tools like [Insert Automation, e.g., Zapier / Asana] to route inquiries and streamline the onboarding pipeline.
- Engage & Convert: Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and leverage modern video outreach tools via [Insert Video Tool, e.g., Loom].
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, data-driven records to help our team analyze lead sources and conversion metrics.
- Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and explaining our destruction services clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for further engagement
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to nurture leads and build rapport with potential customers
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate terms and close sales opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer needs and market trends
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and proven experience in using advanced cloud-based Sales platforms, sales applications, and AI for business development tasks
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers in a professional, friendly manner
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and technology sales environments
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward outreach and relationship building
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns efficiently while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to warm calling and lead generation is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour + future performance bonuses
