Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support our project management team in the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination, with experience in utilizing various construction management software tools including Buildertrend. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Planning and executing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schematics, and blueprints.
- Utilize Buildertrend software for project tracking and reporting.
- Support the preparation of construction estimates and budgets.
- Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Help with blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings to aid in project execution.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction management software including Buildertrend.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating and project scheduling principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Knowledge of contracts related to construction projects.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
