Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through targeted outreach, leveraging tools like Salesforce and CRM software to manage leads effectively
- Conduct strategic planning to develop tailored approaches for different market segments and client needs
- Engage in consultative sales conversations, demonstrating the value of our solutions and negotiating deal terms to close sales successfully
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and execute campaigns that support business development goals
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting through deal closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, opportunities, and pipeline status within Salesforce Cloud and other CRM platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience in business development management, enterprise selling, or sales negotiation with a track record of deal closing
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, CRM software, and project management tools to track progress and optimize outreach strategies
- Ability to use AI effectively and familiarity with AI Agents
- Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, strategic management, and client base expansion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex sales processes
- Familiarity with sales methodologies related to marketing, customer relationship management, and strategic planning
- Experience working with enterprise clients or in B2B environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Pay: $69,914.68 - $84,198.33 per year
