Milcarsky's Appliance Centre is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Coordinator for our beautiful Designer Showroom. As the first point of contact for customers, builders, designers, and vendor representatives, this individual plays a key role in creating an exceptional showroom experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to balance customer service with administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome customers, builders, interior designers, decorators, and vendor representatives
- Engage visitors and ensure they are connected with the appropriate salesperson or department
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct callers to the appropriate team member
- Assist the sales team with light administrative duties and data entry
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and packages
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom reception area
- Support daily showroom operations as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Previous receptionist, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
