We are looking for motivated individuals for our shift lead and assistant manager positions. Managers/Shift leaders will assist in the daily management of the restaurant. Shift leaders will lead the crew assisting wherever necessary. You will be trained in every position and lead by example. Shift leader responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Counting/Auditing cash drawers
- Holding employees accountable for the performance
- Filling in positions when necessary
- Handling guest concern in a polite and professional manner
- Reporting any problems to the General Manager
- Acting as the example for the crew.
- Training and coaching crew members
- Provide help to others when needed.
- Shift lead positions are full-time positions. Weekend availability is a must. Shift leads are provided will employee meals for each shift. Shift leads will work the management team to provide the best service to each guest and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff training and management within the food service industry
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and hospitality
- Proficient in food preparation and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Experience in cash handling and inventory control
- Background in casual and fine dining, as well as banquet and catering services
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
